Cancellation/Refunds

If you cancel more than 5 days prior to the start of the course, you are entitled to a refund, less a $20 processing fee. If you cancel 5 days or less, prior to the start of the course or no call/no show for the class, no refund will be issued. YWCA Pekin reserves the right to cancel a certification course if the number of enrolled participants is less than 3. Participants who have enrolled may be put in the next available course or a refund may be issued at the discretion of the YWCA Pekin.
