We provide a wide variety of activities to help you live a healthier and happier lifestyle! 

 

Cardio/Weight Room

Our Cardio/Weight Room features a wide variety of equipment that cover all of the major muscle groups. It is available during all normal business hours. 

 

Non member cost

$10 per use

 

 

Member cost options

(allows access to cardio/weight room, pool & all fitness classes)

Fitness Package

 (allows unlimited access to cardio/weight room, pool & all fitness classes)

Youth (ages 13-17)    $30

Adult (ages 18-59)     $45

Senior (ages 60+)      $40 

**Lessons, such as karate and swim, are not included in packages.

Yoga Strength

 

A means of exercising, stretching and freeing the body so it can be a healthy and vital instrument of mind and soul. You will experience elements of Hatha (Power) and Ashtanga Yoga. You will also be able to drive further into the mind-body connection with the added feature of mat work Pilates.

 

Class is offered:

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support. Benefits of chair yoga include improved flexibility, better concentration, and increased strength.

Classes are offered:

Thurs/Sat

9:15am to 10:00am

 

SilverSneakers® Classic

Designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support and class can be modified depending on fitness levels. Equipment such as hand weights, stretch bands, and balls are used for resistance.

SilverSneakers® Boom MOVE

A dance workout class that improves cardio endurance and burns calories. MOVE is all about breaking a sweat and having fun. The class starts with simple dance moves, building into more complex sequences, bringing you a great cardio workout, without being overly strenuous.

Karate

Karate is well known for improving cardio-fitness, flexibility, strength, agility and self-discipline. Karate training empowers people to redirect their energies in a positive manner in order to accomplish their goals and gain new self-confidence. We offer classes for ages 7 through adult. 

Classes are taught by nationally certified staff
