Our Summer Adventure Camp program is for children who have completed

Kindergarten through 6th grade (or up to 12 years).

 

• Camp runs from June 1, 2021 through August 20, 2021. This date is subject to change. Families will be contacted by phone if adjustments are needed.

 

• Hours of camp are 6:30am to 5:30pm.

 

• Camp is $175.00 per week. We do have limited part-time spots at a daily rate of $40.00 per day. Children that are enrolled more than three (3) days per week will be considered full time status and charged the full time rate. We offer several payment options, including in person, online, or enrolling in autopay. S.A.L. Child Care Connection is accepted.

Tuition must be paid by Monday morning each week or your child will not be allowed to attend. 

 

• The Summer Adventure Camp program provides a nutritious breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack each day. Monthly menus are posted for parent review. Summer Adventure campers are allowed to bring in a nutritious cold lunch (take out/restaurant food is prohibited). Candy and sweets are discouraged and will be returned home. Please notify teachers ahead of time if your child will be having a cold lunch.

Enrollment

To reserve your child’s spot in our Summer Adventure Camp program, you will need to complete the enrollment packet available at the Pekin YWCA and return to the front desk with a $15 registration fee (for new family enrollments only), active YWCA annual membership, and first week's tuition.

Vacation Time

Each Summer Adventure Camp enrolled student will receive five (5) vacation days to utilize for a complete week or as individual days off. Parents/Guardians must complete a vacation form in advance of the time off, returning to front desk personnel so that we are able to make necessary adjustments to your account.

 

 

Adventure Days

In the event that your child needs care prior to June 1, 2021 or after August 20, 2021, we offer Adventure Days. Adventure Days have a capacity of 30 students, therefore, enrollment is on a first come first served basis. Cancellation of attendance for Adventure Days requires 48 hours’ notice, except in cases of illness.
