Aquatics

Swimming is a great way to strengthen, tone and condition muscles with little to no pressure or impact that other exercises may cause.Our heated pool is open year round and is fully handicap accessible with a pool chair lift and a shower wheelchair. Water depth ranges from 3'9" to 9' and we have 4 25-yard lap lanes!

 

​ Non member cost:

 $10 per swim or class

Member cost options:

$5 per swim​ or class

10 punch pass - $50 (allows access to cardio/weight room, pool & fitness classes)

Annual package - (allows unlimited access to cardio/weight room, pool & fitness classes)

     Youth (ages 6-17) - $240 

    Adult (ages 18-59) - $420 

    Senior (ages 60+) - $360 

**One year contract is required for packages, but payments can be made monthly.

           **Lessons, such as karate and swim, are not included in packages.

Aquatics Fitness classes

We offer a variety of aquatic fitness classes for all ages and fitness levels.

Aquaerobics

 

Energize yourself with this invigorating workout! This shallow water class focuses on cardiovascular fitness with special attention to strength and flexibility. All fitness and swimming levels are welcome.

Arthritis/Fibromyalgia

Designed for individuals needing gentle exercises to increase muscle and joint flexibility, range of motion, and to aid circulation. Perfect for those with arthritic conditions or fibromyalgia, or if you want to continue water exercises after therapy has ended.

5:30pm - 6:30pm

Deep Water

Experience the difference in deep water! This class uses buoyant and resistant equipment to provide an excellent cardiovascular and core workout with zero impact. Participants wear float belts (which are provided) and should be comfortable in deep water.
